Keithley 2410 High-Voltage SourceMeter
Keithley’s SourceMeter family is designed specifically for test applications that demand tightly coupled sourcing and measurement. All SourceMeter models provide precision voltage and current sourcing as well as measurement capabilities. Each SourceMeter instrument is both a highly stable DC power source and a true instrument-grade 51⁄2-digit multimeter. The power source characteristics include low noise, precision, and readback. The multimeter capabilities include high repeatability and low noise. The result is a compact, single-channel, DC parametric tester. In operation, these instruments can act as a voltage source, a current source, a voltage meter, a current meter, and an ohmmeter. Manufacturers of components and modules for the communications, semiconductor, computer, automotive, and medical industries will find the SourceMeter instruments invaluable for a wide range of characterization and production test applications.

Yokogawa 2553 DC Voltage / Current Standard
The 2553 is an ultra-stable, high-resolution DC voltage and current source which delivers output voltages from 1 mV to 12 V, and output currents from 0.1 mA to 120 mA at an accuracy of ±0.02%. Output voltage and current are set using three dials on the front panel. Settings are controlled by digital signals passing through photocouplers and microprocessors, and are displayed on a red 5-digit LED. The 2553 also features the five most commonly used TC ranges conforming to ANSI, DIN or JIS standard for calibrating and testing thermocouple thermometers or related devices. Corresponding emf outputs are available by selecting the relevant range and setting the temperature in °C. The 2553 can be remotely programmed and controlled using an optional General Purpose Interface Bus (GP-IB) that meets the IEEE 488 Standard. This enables the 2553 to be interfaced easily with other instruments and to be applied in a fully automatic calibration or test system.

Kikusui TOS5050 Withstanding Voltage Tester
The Model TOS5050 is a withstanding voltage tester for AC use only having a transformer capacity of 500 VA and test voltage of 0 to 5 kV. Functions include Pass/fail judgement (using a window comparator type), remote control function, memory backup function, interlock function and other features that realize high levels of safety, reliability and ease of operation during use by the operator. In addition, the use of a large color display and a considerable reduction in size make the TOS5050 both more legible and easier to handle.

The Fluke 5200A Alternating Voltage Calibrator is a precision high-performance alternating voltage source with proven reliability and exceptional stability and accuracy over a broad frequency range. It is specified over a wide 0 to 50 degree Celsius operating range for use in both laboratory and manufacturing environments. Amplitude is controlled in six ranges from 1 mV to 100V. Resolution to 1,199,999 counts yields 20% overrange capability with 1 nanovolt steps on the 1 MV range, up to 0.1 mV steps on the 100V range. Outputs from 100 μV rms to 120V rms are provided, with up to 50 mA load current capability.
